Key responsibilities (text) As a Maintenance Technician, responsible for the efficient operation of the facility maintenance in support of the Distribution / Customer Fulfillment Center, you
will:

• Assume major responsibility for the maintenance of material handling equipment.
• Adhere to the maintenance schedule and operating procedures for material handling equipment.
• Perform audits related to the integrity and condition of equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in all material handling equipment storage and maintenance locations within the fulfilment unit.
• Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

JOB TYPE – Permanent, Full-time, Hourly Associate
HOURS - From 34-40 hours per week (HL3) // Benefits Eligible
SHIFTS – Fully open work schedule availability including evenings, overnights, and weekends required; Work schedules are published one month in advance.

Facilities department
Workdays include Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

The hourly pay range for this role is $23.61/hr – $33.67/hr.

The anticipated posting closing date is on or around 8/17/25.
Local section (title) QUALIFICATIONS
Local section (text) • Ability to interpret and understand maintenance manuals and electrical equipment schematics.
• Ability to partner and support third party vendors while onsite.
• Strong communication skills
• Industrial equipment mechanics
• Skilled trade(s)

Requirements
• Ability to lift, sit, stand, and walk for length of shift.
•Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
