Are you ready to help providing a seamless shopping experience with great quality in all touchpoints, for the many people in the middle of Jutland?
We are looking for a relationship-building and independent new colleaque, who is ready to create results through other people and with a focus on supporting the store team and the customer, with a constant will to improve yourself.
You are use to work with different IT systems and like to analyze numbers and processes, to get a deeper understanding and use it to improve different working methods. We expect that you always act as a rolemodel and takes the responsibility to lead and delegate the operation, when the team leader needs you.
Besides that, you are very passionate about making IKEA ready for the future and adapt yourself to changes in both business and customer behavior.
We prefer that you:
• Have a good understanding about how to make people follow you
• Understand both the customer perspective and the logistic operation and are able to communicate with both teams

• You will support the team with both planning and leading, as well as perform tasks within the main areas of responsibility, including picking and packing goods and orders, all within the agreed time with a focus on the customer.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe environment throughout the fulfilment unit. Ensure adherence and compliance of all safety requirements, Standard Operating Procedures and secure proper training across function.
• Responsible for the achievement of the goals determined by the Fulfilment Operations Manager or Team Leader, in order to support overall fulfilment operations goals and achieve excellence in running operations.
• Supervise the daily processes in the assigned area of responsibility, identifying and acting on improvement potentials and ensuring that daily routines are followed.

• This position is for an average of 37 hours per week.
• Your working hours will vary based on the business need, with both night and early morning shifts within the hours 06.30-20.30. You should also expect to work every other weekend, both Saturday and Sunday. It is possible to give your input to the work schedule.
• Salary is within IKEA's banding and HK's Union agreement for logistics and includes free choice allowance, odd-hour payment and pension.
• Start date is as early as possible.
• Apply no later than 23rd of November 2025.
• We have an ongoing interview process and reserve the right to close the job when we have received enough qualified candidates.
