Key responsibilities (text) • You will support the team with both planning and leading, as well as perform tasks within the main areas of responsibility, including picking and packing goods and orders, all within the agreed time with a focus on the customer.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe environment throughout the fulfilment unit. Ensure adherence and compliance of all safety requirements, Standard Operating Procedures and secure proper training across function.
• Responsible for the achievement of the goals determined by the Fulfilment Operations Manager or Team Leader, in order to support overall fulfilment operations goals and achieve excellence in running operations.
• Supervise the daily processes in the assigned area of responsibility, identifying and acting on improvement potentials and ensuring that daily routines are followed.
• Analyzing and developing the business for a more efficiently operation.

Local section (text) • This position is for an average of 37 hours per week.
• Your working hours will vary based on the business need, with both night and early morning shifts within the hours 06.30-20.30. You should also expect to work every other weekend, both Saturday and Sunday. It is possible to give your input to the work schedule.
• Salary is within IKEA's banding and HK's Union agreement for logistics and includes free choice allowance, odd-hour payment and pension.
• Start date is as early as possible.
• Apply no later than 23rd of November 2025.
