Candidate profile (title) What you'll need to have
Candidate profile (text) - Default language •University degree (Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management) or relevant experience and effective performance in logistics/commercial/supply chain management.
•7 years working experience in a management position in distribution, retail, logistics or similar.
•Experience of working as a management team member with the ability to implement change by positively altering the business directly as well as through good collaboration.

Key responsibilities (text) •Responsible for directing, coaching, developing, and inspiring a fulfilment team within the CMP by working closely with the CMP Commercial team and Unit Management team, including communication, flexibility, performance culture, competence development, succession planning, maintaining a work environment which supports equality, diversity and inclusion and well-being.
•Secure a high customer and co-worker satisfaction at lowest possible cost in an omnichannel scope for good availability, sustainability, and customer order fulfilment, by actively working with Happy Customer Score, IKEA Brand Capital, iShare survey and Review results.
••Accountable for securing quality in fulfilment operations with focus on retail foundation, services, improvements in quality and productivity, and cost optimization, in line with Country Customer Fulfilment Business Plan and Commercial Direction.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 84960 CAD to 116820 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
