The Payroll Manager leads a nationally centralised Payroll Specialist team with a humanistic approach, where team members feel valued and empowered, while ensuring compliant and efficient payroll operations across 26 cantons.
For this position we are looking for someone who has a strong mix of both leadership and Payroll expertise, wishing to support a great team of knowledgeable specialists.
We see that you bring:
• Deep knowledge of Swiss payroll, social security, and withholding tax.
• Strong understanding of cantonal regulations and collective labor agreements (GAV).
• Experience with HR platforms (SAP / SuccessFactors), case management, and vendor integrations.
• Strong compliance mindset and familiarity with Swiss labor law.
• Multilingual support skills – English & German required; French/Italian an advantage.
You are goal driven with strong change management skills and energised by collaboration, with a wish to deliver high-quality, customer-focused payroll services.
