Candidate profile (title) Who you are
Candidate profile (text) - Default language We are looking for Sales Support Specialist(IKEA Food) IKEA Korea. This person is responsible for supporting the range and supply agenda in IKEA Food together with Range & Supply Leader.
This position is report to Country Food Manager in IKEA Korea Service Office and closely work with Range & Supply Leader.

• Good understanding level of IKEA Food business, Range and supply as well as retail operations
• Motivated by finding new ways through co-creation with colleagues and other IKEA units
• Broad knowledge of IKEA tools, processes and cycles
• Broad knowledge of operational plans and goals as well as follow up on KPIs
• Good leadership capabilities including ability to lead peers and stakeholders while communicating in an inspirational way with IKEA tone of voice
• Experience from retail and food sector
• Experience in planning, driving output and measuring performance (business)

Key responsibilities (text) • KR local supplied range production forecast and stock, BBD care
• Develop local supplied range follow up tool and give input
• Communication with store for local range supply status
• Prepare and share documents (SSP, Recipe card, etc.) for new menu launching
• Update Range matrix file for NEWs
• Sharing Ideas for MS range
