• You have minimum of 5 years’ business navigation experience working with both commercial and financial processes, particularly retail pricing.
• You are a strategic, tactical and operational business partner who is highly capable to translate external trends into business opportunities and completely
understands the importance to build a strong connection with the everyday lives of the many people.
• You are motivated to share and live the IKEA culture and values and can effectively manage an ever-changing environment with many different stakeholders and
competing demands.
• You have a good understanding of data science, new technologies, analytics and their wide-ranging application in business context.

• Support and encourage fellow coworkers to use business cases when identifying, evaluating and acting on business opportunities as they arise to secure a strong
retail foundation and expand our existing base.
• Work closely with stakeholders to analyse and evaluate benefits, costs and investments ensuring a good return on investment and qualitative business cases.
• Navigate towards more effective and cost-conscious ways of working, identifying growth and cost potentials through benchmarking, striving for constant
improvements and closing the performance gap.
• Support the unit and specifically staff planning and operations with business navigation competence enabling them to make optimised decisions in their
everyday work.
• Contribute to the financial business planning process by ensuring that the financial plan is aligned with the BPL priorities and make sure the rules, IKEA group
risk manual guidelines and country legislation are implemented and monitored.
• Lead and co-ordinate the financial follow-up and forecasting process in the unit, in line with the global business navigation year cycle.
• Provide relevant, user-friendly business information, promoting standardised reporting and ensure succession planning for all key roles.
• Use a multidimensional approach, all the information and tools available to maximize productivity and efficiency and enable a better life at home.
