Key responsibilities (title) What you'll be doing day to day
Key responsibilities (text) Lead, coach, and develop co-workers responsible for receiving, replenishing, storing, picking, and dispatching goods within agreed time and quality, at the lowest possible C/DC operational costs, keeping the customer in focus and the total supply chain in mind.

• Support high-performing daily operations connected to the assigned central fulfilment unit, as well as make sure that all departmental KPIs are monitored, with a focus on quality in all touchpoints for the lowest possible cost.
• Secure efficiency and implement improvements throughout the operations to reach excellence in execution and exceed customer expectations.
• Contribute to the overall warehouse operations goals setting, drive the implementation of local business plans/projects, and analyze existing workload to secure daily volume handling and meet seasonal fluctuation needs.
• Contribute to people, shift, and equipment planning based on volume forecast with Mid-term Plan (MTP) and Short-Term Plan (STP) to secure operational capacities and activities to meet goods availability, as well as short and stable customer lead-times.
• Contribute to increasing efficiency and striving for excellence in running C/DC operations to reduce cost, improve productivity, and work spirit, keeping the total supply chain in mind.

• Fluent in English and local language, both written and spoken.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 63215 USD to 90714 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
