• Work location: Customer Service Centre (RCMP), Tempe NSW
• Working hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday, (occasional after-hours to attend events)
• Pre-employment checks: the final candidate will be required to complete a pre-employment, which includes a National Police Check and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Mobility: a valid driver's license is required for customer visits, trade shows and other events.

As B2B Account Representative you’ll play a key role in growing our B2B customer base. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Drive new business acquisition and direct sales through outbound engagement with small-medium business (SMB) customers.
• Be the key point of contact for your customer portfolio, ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer journey.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
• Facilitate negotiations and support contract finalisation in collaboration with legal and internal stakeholders.
• Represent IKEA at trade shows and industry events, staying connected to market trends and identifying new opportunities for growth.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
