Additional Information:
• This role is Temporary, Full-time, 76hrs/fortnight for a period of 6 months.
• The location for the role is Service Office, Tempe NSW, where hybrid working including a minimum of 3 days in the Service Office is required.

Team vision ( title) About this work area
Team vision (text) As People & Culture Administrator your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Supporting the People & Culture function through general administrative activities and ad hoc tasks as required.
• Managing recruitment and onboarding processes for all Data Halland (DH) requests, including contract generation and new starter documentation.
• Coordinating offboarding and termination processes, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions.
• Organising and managing front days to support workforce planning and operational needs.
• Preparing leave liability reports to support accurate financial forecasting.
• Updating and maintaining staff cost records in alignment with budget and payroll cycles.
• Facilitating coworker communications, ensuring timely and clear messaging across the unit.
• Delivering central people services tasks in line with service level agreements and IKEA standards.
• Managing general HR administration, including co-worker files, compliance documentation, and monthly reporting duties.
• Assisting with workers compensation claims and processes, ensuring timely reporting and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Managing and responding to enquiries sent through the HR inbox, ensuring timely and professional communication.
