The roles available are:
o Permanent Full-time 76hrs per fortnight
o Permanent Part-time 40-60hrs per fortnight
• Applications close Thursday 4 September 2025
• You must be available to work a rotating roster with shifts scheduled between the hours of 8:00am and 10pm and 3 out of 4 weekends (both Saturday and Sunday).

As Sales Co-worker your responsibilities will include:
• Ensure the sales areas are always stocked, well-presented, attractively merchandised, and correctly priced.
• Assisting customers in understanding their needs and actively selling the IKEA range.
• Being an IKEA product and service expert - learning about product features, benefits, and promotions, and using the relevant IT systems to be able to provide accurate information, and book orders and services.
• Preparing sales spaces for replenishment by condensing stock using safe manual handling techniques
• Assembling IKEA products according to proper assembly methods and instructions to ensure complete functionality and strong presentation.
• Building strong relationships with your team and departments across the store to contribute to a collaborative, inclusive working environment.
Kitchen Planning Specific:
• Supporting customers throughout their kitchen design journey using our kitchen planning software.
• Designing inspiring and practical kitchen solutions with customers in one-on-one planning appointments.
• Actively approaching customers, asking insightful questions, and advising them on the best kitchen solutions for their lifestyle and space.
• Following up with customers after their initial planning appointment offering further advice, answering questions, and helping them move closer to their dream kitchen.
