As Accounting & Reporting Specialist (Record to Report) your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Manage and optimise the end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes including journal entries, reconciliations, review of ledger details, and month-end close activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting aligned with INGKA Group Accounting Policies, IFRS and local accounting standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve data integrity across the omnichannel retail environment.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues impacting financial data flow.
• Partner with commercial, supply chain, and store operations teams to understand business activities and their financial impact.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit standards.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to queries in a timely manner .
• Lead or participate in finance transformation projects aimed at improving R2R efficiency.
• Prepare and review financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for senior management.
• Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from various departments.

As an A&R Record to Report Specialist you are:
• Holding tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, or possess demonstrated equivalent experience. Holding, or actively working towards, a CPA or CA qualification is highly desirable.
• Experienced in managing financial processes and reporting in a complex retail or commercial environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large data sets.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• A natural collaborator who builds strong relationships with stakeholders through clear and effective communication.
• Motivated to drive continuous improvement and contribute to finance transformation initiatives.
• Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business setting.
