IKEA Glasgow are looking to welcome Part time and Full time Forklift Drivers, nights, to join our hard-working Inbound Fulfilment team.
We’re actively seeking Forklift Drivers - nights, to play a crucial role in goods receiving, managing deliveries, and ensuring smooth operations. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a keen eye for detail, we’d love to have you on board!
WHAT WE OFFER
• Start Date of employment will be: 27th September 2025.
• Competitive hourly rate of £12.60 per hour with an additional allowance of £1.50 per hour with FLT license = Total hourly rate £14.10.
• Nightshift allowance of £2.25 between the hours of 10pm to 6am.
• 24 hours weekly, working 4 shifts per week and including 3 out of 4 weekends.
• 39 hours weekly, 5 shifts per week and alternative weekends.
• Working hours are between 12am (Midnight) and 10am.
• We can discuss flexibility to match your life and our business needs during the interview.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
• Warehouse, forklift truck driving and counter balance experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise and organise workload efficiently, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven experience in using technical equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Self-reliant and motivated, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
• Goods receiving, ensuring products are available to customers by ensuring tasks in your area are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Operate and work around heavy machinery, such as pump trucks and fork lifts, to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse.
• Manual handling of heavy stock.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure environment for both customers and co-workers.
• Using your forklift safely to pick palettes and move them from our loading bay to our warehouse.
• Replenishment of the store, making sure all the shelves are full and ready for our customers.
