We are looking for a Platform Product Delivery Manager to join IKEA Group Digital. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of digital products within a platform subdomain, ensuring they are built and operated with quality, scalability, and business value in mind.

Key responsibilities (text) As a Platform Product Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of digital products – from discovery and development to deployment and operations – ensuring they deliver value to the business and our customers.

You will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to secure alignment, remove obstacles, and ensure seamless delivery across teams and dependencies.

You will also play a key role in building strong, high-performing teams and enabling ways of working that support speed, quality, and continuous improvement.

To be concrete, you will:
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the execution roadmap for all SAP applications related to Order to Cash process. Accountability will include non SAP applications too to the extent of 25% of portfolio.
Drive the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of SAP solutions, ensuring they align with our business objectives and support our digital transformation initiatives.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership across O2C and Tax to identify opportunities for process improvement and leverage SAP capabilities to their fullest potential.
Oversee a team of skilled SAP professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Manage vendor relationships with SAP and other third-party providers, ensuring effective partnerships and optimal service delivery.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies within the SAP landscape.
Must demonstrate strong People Leadership capabilities enabling teams to achieve individual and collective goals and ability to build high performing teams.
Must lead by example in line with IKEA values and leadership compass.
Should demonstrate strong rooting in relevant content, be it technology or function.
Is a strategic thinker and is able to translate organizational & domain objectives into subdomain level strategic and operational goals with clarity, focus while staying anchored on business value delivered.
Has demonstrated experience in working with senior stakeholders and ability to understand stakeholder expectations, build good relationships and maintain high stakeholder satisfaction.
Proven Problem solving and critical thinking skills to steer through complex or demanding scenarios with a positively and “can do” mindset.

Experience required:
Extensive experience (15+ years) in managing and implementing large-scale SAP projects, specifically within O2C modules, preferably in a retail environment.
Proven track record of leadership with at least 5-7 years in a senior management or Director role, leading high-performing teams.
Deep functional and technical expertise in SAP SD. Experience with S/4HANA is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of retail business processes and how SAP applications can be leveraged to drive efficiency and competitive advantage.
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities, with a knack for influencing and collaborating across all levels of an organization.
