Candidate profile (text) - Default language We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional with 7+ years of experience, preferably in real estate, cost management, project valuation and management, market research, and technical due diligence, to join our Business Navigation team as a Business Partner supporting our Expansion organisation.
You are a proactive and trusted business partner who takes a multi-dimensional view of the business, connecting customer needs with business performance. You have strong commercial acumen, excellent analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate business needs into financial insights that support strategic decision-making.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

•7+ years of relevant experience in business navigation, financial analysis, real estate, project valuation, cost management, or expansion projects.
•Strong analytical, financial modelling, and business case evaluation skills.
•Experience in market research, feasibility studies, and technical due diligence.
•Ability to identify business opportunities and translate external market trends into actionable insights.
•Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills with the ability to influence decision-making across multiple functions.
•Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex business information.
•Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment while managing multiple stakeholders.
•Passion for creating customer value, driving business growth, and contributing to long-term business success.
•High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics tools; experience with BI tools is an advantage.

Key responsibilities (text) •Partner with the Expansion organisation to evaluate investment opportunities, business cases, and expansion projects from both financial and commercial perspectives.
•Conduct market research, project valuations, cost analysis, and technical due diligence to support informed business decisions.
•Provide accurate, timely, and relevant financial analysis and business insights to support strategic decision-making.
•Develop financial models, feasibility studies, and scenario analyses for new expansion opportunities.
•Monitor project performance, investment returns, and key financial metrics throughout the project lifecycle.
•Identify business risks and opportunities while recommending actions to optimize long-term profitability.
•Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Expansion, Real Estate, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams.
•Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning for expansion initiatives.
•Drive continuous improvement by promoting lean, simple, and effective ways of working.
•Support performance measurement through meaningful KPIs, benchmarking, and business improvement initiatives to deliver sustainable growth.
