•Skilled in the operation of technical equipment in various settings.
•Proficient in managing tasks in an agile, multichannel workspace.
•Experienced in following action plans and working methods under the guidance of managers.
• Contribute to the highest goods availability through accurate and on-time execution of the assigned fulfilment unit operations area of responsibility.
• Commit to all IKEA health, safety and security rules and business requirements within the area of responsibility and actively help colleagues to prevent any incidents involving co-workers, customers, equipment, building and IKEA products.
• Ensure optimised daily fulfilment unit operations within the assigned area of responsibility by working in a lean, simple and cost-conscious way, applying and sharing good examples.
