• You have experience working in a customer- and commercial-oriented business
• You’re open to change and a high level of flexibility with a high ambition to work in a team environment

• You have a good understanding of customer behaviour in an omnichannel retail environment
• You have a good knowledge of the waste management and sustainability principles
• You have a good knowledge of using IT systems and other tools in daily work duties
• You have a good knowledge of functions within the IKEA unit and how they contribute to the product recovery, quality and safety processes
• You have a good knowledge of the store's product recovery, quality and safety processes
• You have a basic understanding on how each workflow within recovery and quality affects the units profit and loss
• Present and Sell IKEA products in As-Is using a strong commercial expression, selling these products with pride, and setting relevant prices that are attractive to customers yet still generate the best results for the business
• Always consider the sustainability impact when deciding when and how to recover products
• Represent and be an ambassador for product recovery, quality, and safety awareness in the unit
• Work closely with the different functions in the unit to ensure that common working routines and processes are followed related to product quality, safety and recovery
• Support and execute the product quality and safety related tasks in the unit to constantly improve customers’ product quality perception of our IKEA products
