Key responsibilities (text) As a Fulfilment Operations Team Leader, you will secure high goods availability, operational readiness, and an efficient, safe in‑store logistics process that supports a seamless customer experience. You will lead, develop and empower a diverse team of Fulfilment Operations Co‑workers to deliver the highest quality at the lowest possible cost in a sustainable, safe and healthy environment.

• Lead, coach, recruit, retain, and develop Fulfilment Operations Co‑workers to build a confident, high‑performing, and future‑ready team.
• Ensure all co‑workers understand, are trained in, and are empowered to execute fulfilment and goods flow routines that secure strong product availability and accurate stock management.
• Create an inclusive, motivating culture that supports learning, development, and succession planning.
• Secure daily fulfilment operations by supporting goal setting, shift planning, workload balancing, equipment coordination, and resource prioritization.
• Ensure a balanced inbound and outbound volume flow by optimizing space, equipment, and staffing to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain high standards for product handling, merchandising, stock accuracy, and damage prevention.
• Contribute to and follow up on the retail store logistics action plan to ensure alignment with unit goals and business priorities.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment while promoting safe goods‑handling practices and a strong safety mindset.
• Ensure co‑workers follow IKEA’s Code of Conduct, internal regulations, and all local health, safety, security, and environmental laws.
• Support the Customer Fulfilment Sustainability agenda by enabling efficient and environmentally responsible operations that support long‑term profitability.

The full hourly range for this role is $27.51 - $38.00

Local section (title) • 5 years of related experience  • Minimum 1 year of managerial experience

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 27.51 USD to 38 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
