We’re on the look-out for Customer Order Pickers and Click and Collect Assistants who can ensure every item is ready and waiting for our customers. If you’ve got an eagle eye for detail and a passion for perfection, we want you!

WHAT WE OFFER

• The Start Date of employment will be: 31 May 2026.
• Competitive hourly rate of £13.45 per hour.
• We have contracts between 12 and 20 hours a week, these will involve working 3 in 4 weekends, as well as shifts during weekday evening at times. Shifts may be between 06:00am in the morning and 21:30pm in the evening.
• We can discuss this further with you at interview and we always strive to meet the needs of our co-workers whilst meeting the needs of the business.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• You are comfortable using computers and handheld devices to support with the checking of stock and to answer customer questions.
• You proactively look for tasks to be done and use your initiative to complete them in an efficient and effective manner.
• You have an adaptable mindset allowing you to switch between different tasks/areas and work within tight timeframes.
• You work with guidance from your manager to achieve set goals in agreed timeframes using standard ways of working.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• You will be collecting products and packages from through out the store, preparing them for collection by our customers.
• Picking all our click and collect orders throughout the store and checking these customer orders are correct for delivery or hand-out.
• You ensure products are available to customers by ensuring tasks in your area are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the IKEA Health, Safety & Security Rules & Regulations in your area.
• You work to ensure the efficiency of the fulfilment operation by working in simple, cost-conscious ways, developing, and sharing good examples of ways of working.
