IKEA Edinbrugh are looking for a Warehouse Team Manager to join their Fulfilment Team, in IKEA we call this a Fulfilment Operations Team Leader.
You’ll lead your fulfilment team to keep products moving and customers smiling. You’ll drive efficient workflows, maximise stock availability, and secure full operational readiness — all while coaching a diverse team and maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.
WHAT WE OFFER
• The Start Date of employment: 15th August 2026
• Starting salary of £29,215 per annum, based on competence and experience.
• 39 Hours working 5 days per week including evening shifts and every second weekend. Working hours can be between 7am & 9:15pm.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
• Experience of leadership in a busy warehouse environment with the ability to prioritise and organise your own and others' workload.
• Results-driven approach with a clear customer focus and ability to meet agreed budgets and goals with the ability to make quick decisions and take personal initiatives, open to change and highly flexible.
• Leading others, you will have good communication skills that can assist in building relationships with co-workers and customers.
• Ability to implement structural ways of working within the area of responsibility, with problem-solving experience and proficient computer literacy.
Please note this role requires manual handling of heavy stock.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
• Ensure efficient daily Fulfilment Operations for maximum stock availability and readiness.
• Responsible for coaching, developing and inspiring a motivated team, maintaining a work environment which supports equality, diversity and inclusion and well-being.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment, adhering to IKEA health, safety, and security regulations and Code of Conduct.
• Work with the team to reach business goals, review workloads to ensure daily volume handling and meet seasonal demands, all while keeping costs low.
