Candidate profile (text) - Default language IKEA Cardiff are looking to welcome Sales Assistants to join our delightful and friendly team.

If you are looking for a role where you get to use your active selling skills to help co-create the wonderful everyday with our many in-store guests, we would be happy to hear from you. This role calls for someone who is motivated, customer-focused and comfortable providing friendly and helpful service to customers.

We have contracts working across our Showroom and Market Hall.

WHAT WE OFFER
• The group assessment centre will be on Tuesday and Wednesday 09 and 10 of June in-store, in the evening.
• Induction date (day 1) of employment will be Sunday, 28 June, and induction date (day 2) will be Sunday, 05 July.
• Hourly rate of £13.45 per hour.
• Contracts between 12 and 24 hours per week. Availability to work 3 in 4 weekends, as well as shifts through the week finishing up until 21:00pm in the evening, is required.
• These are permanent contracts where you will be working throughout the year, including the holiday periods.
• We can discuss flexibility to match your life and our business needs during the interview.

• You contribute to sales growth by maintaining a clean area, making sure every product is priced, and keeping displays attractive and simple to navigate.
